Welcome to Lavuren, a residential community thoughtfully designed for your comfort, privacy, and peace of mind.
To ensure a safe and pleasant living environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policies:
Privacy & Visitors
- Hosting visitors inside rooms or apartments is not permitted. Visitors may be received in designated common seating areas only, subject to prior approval from management.
- Visitors are welcome during the hours specified by management (please adhere to approved visiting times).
- Photography is welcome within Lavuren’s facilities; however, we kindly ask residents to obtain prior approval from management before sharing any photos or videos on social media, in respect of everyone’s privacy.
Conduct & Quiet Hours
- Please maintain a reasonable noise level within rooms and corridors, including television and music volume, especially during rest hours, to avoid disturbing other residents.
- Causing disturbance through loud noise or music is not permitted.
- Residents are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times and avoid any inappropriate or offensive conduct.
- We appreciate your cooperation with the Lavuren team and adherence to their instructions for the comfort of all residents.
Smoking & Pets
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, apartments, corridors, and all indoor facilities. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Pets are not permitted within the residential community.
Cleanliness & Shared Use
- Please maintain cleanliness in rooms and shared facilities and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Shared kitchens must be cleaned after use and kept suitable for all residents.
- Residents are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their private bathrooms.
- Using personal belongings of other residents without permission is not permitted.
- Washing machines and dryers must be used properly, and laundry should not be left unattended.
- Kindly maintain public decorum by keeping personal items organized, especially clothing and belongings.
Safety & Facilities
- Tampering with safety equipment or fire alarm systems, or using them for non-emergency purposes, is strictly prohibited.
- Public facilities should be used responsibly, with due consideration for everyone’s safety.
- Residents must use designated entrances and elevators assigned for residential use.
Furniture & Property
- Furniture and facilities must be handled with care. Any damage resulting from misuse will be the responsibility of the resident involved.
- Installation or use of additional equipment or appliances is not permitted without prior management approval.
Financial Obligations
- Rent must be settled at least five (5) days prior to the due date.
- In the event of delayed payment, the resident will not be entitled to use the room until outstanding balances are cleared.
Appropriate Usage Times
Please be mindful of appropriate times for cooking and laundry to avoid disturbing other residents, particularly during rest hours.
