The Fitness Center

The Fitness Center at Lavuren A state-of-the-art wellness hub designed to energize both body and mind. Equipped with modern cardio and strength-training machines, it also features dedicated spaces for group classes such as yoga and spinning, creating a vibrant and motivating community. The center provides the perfect environment to reach fitness goals, relieve academic stress, and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle right on campus.

Fitness Center: Stay active in our ladies-only fitness center on the 3rd floor. Open 24/7 with key-card access, it features modern cardio machines, weight equipment, and a stretching/yoga area. Complimentary water, towels, and sanitizing wipes are provided. If you prefer outdoor exercise, jogging paths around the campus are accessible – pick up a campus map at the front desk for route suggestions.

Yoga & Wellness Classes: Join our complimentary wellness activities to rejuvenate your mind and body. We hold a Sunrise Yoga session every Wednesday at 7:00 AM in the hotel garden (mats provided), and evening stretching classes on Mondays. Additionally, hotel guests have access to select fitness classes at the campus recreation center (such as aerobics or Pilates) – check with our concierge for the weekly schedule. These offerings are a great way to relax, stay fit, and maybe meet fellow guests and ladies.
